LITTLE RIVER BAND is Australia’s one of the most significant bands and one of the few who made it big in America, the first ever to produce Top 10 hits for six consecutive years in the US charts.
Little River Band’s newest album “Cuts Like A Diamond” will be out August 27 on Frontiers Records, featuring the single “The Lost and the Lonely” (their first since the ’80s) just released. Also included is the non-album track “A Joyful Noise”.

The Little River Band nowadays is stronger than ever: there is a new element of youthfulness and vitality, anchored by leader and consummate lead vocalist & bass guitarist Wayne Nelson, who began his LRB career in 1980.
Wayne says: “The songs on the new album have been either written by the band or submitted by songwriters from the Nashville scene. We tailored all the songs into the traditional LRB mold… smooth AOR arrangements with lots of vocals and guitar harmonies”.
