Defecto’s new album is an unflinching descent into the fractured realms of the human psyche — a concept record that explores the raw, often invisible weight of mental illness. Each song inhabits a different psychological struggle — insomnia, schizophrenia, OCD, PTSD, paranoia, dissociation, trauma — giving voice to the war within. It’s not clinical. It’s not clean.
