We’ve been big fans of LORD TRACY 1989’s major label debut album ‘Deaf Gods of Babylon’ since released, and featured here the Bad Reputation remaster – an underrated LP / band for sure.
Now FnA Records is releasing ”4”, a remastered compilation of the complete 1991 sessions for the sophomore on MCA Records that never was. The album includes as well 1990 recordings while preparing ‘Deaf Gods of Babylon’. All songs are first rate, multi-tracked pro-demos and not only sound quality is very good… the songs rock like hell with raw, in-you-face guitars, ‘Terry’ Glaze’s swagger vocals, and catchy choruses.
The title ”4” refers to Lord Tracy’s total 4th product (they released by themselves a live and a compilation album after their debut CD).

This is LORD TRACY at their prime, the same line up and musically picks up where ‘Deaf Gods of Babylon’ left off, but even more hard rockin’. It’s a shame MCA dropped LORD TRACY after just one album – the material here at the same level of the debut and major hard rock acts of the era.
