ALEKS de CARVALHO is an executive producer and BMG Artist / Composer, with over four decades of experience in the music business. Among his works, he co-wrote songs and played guitar for Joe Lynn Turner solo albums ‘Bad Blood’ and ‘Second Hand Life’.
“Imagination” is a collection of recordings being released by Carvalho under the banner ALEKS de CARVALHO and JOE LYNN TURNER, taped in the mid-Nineties while Joe Lynn Turner was working on his album ‘Bad Blood’. These are high quality demos with Carvalho playing all instruments and producing on a multi-track professional soundboard, and Turner laying all vocals.
Some of the tracks featured here ended into Joe Lynn Turner albums, but others remain unreleased.
Sure, drums are programmed (however Aleks guitar work is strong) but Joe’s voice is high up in the mix and sounds very good. And we have JLT unreleased songs!
