Here’s in exclusive the Music On CD reissue E.G. DAILY 1985’s cult-classic debut album ”Wild Child”. This is one of those super sought-after album that is way overdue for a remastered and expanded version, as the few CD copies made back in the day are being sold for $300. So, while not remastered (the CD sound great anyway), this reissue of ”Wild Child” is more than welcomed.
While rock&pop / dance-oriented in nature, ”Wild Child” has much more bite than that, thanks to E.G. DAILY’s raspy vocals that makes you think more of a rock vocalist for a female-fronted Melodic Rock / AOR act from the ’80s. Additionally, the bold production of two geniuses – Harold Faltermeyer (Top Gun Soundtrack and dozens more) and Keith Forsey (Billy Idol, Glenn Frey and various soundtracks too) – is punchy, jumpin’, and makes you take notice. So it’s no surprising that one song from this album was used for an ’80s movie – Thief Of Hearts Soundtrack.
Sure, there’s a song like the hit single ‘Say It, Say It’ where the label tried to put Daily in the Madonna territory, but just skip that track and enjoy Is Anybody Home?, the title track, Little Toy, Love In The Shadows (From “Thief Of Hearts” Soundtrack), Hey There Rocky, or Don’t Let Them Take The Child Away (ala not-yet-formed Roxette), where that sexy vocals, drum boom and vibrant synth textures are the definition of classic Mid-’80s rock&pop.
Pure ’80s stuff!
Highly Recommended

Thank you!!
Do you think you will be getting the Marilyn Martin MusicOnCD or is the one you’ve already posted better. As I noticed the new one has 2 less tracks and may not sound that different if nots remastered.
Music On CD reissue eses the same, original master.
Is this version the real one, as there are other sites with a version that says fake.
Other sites just copy/paste us and never bought a CD.
