As requested, here’s the ALICE COOPER collectible “Live At The Apollo Theatre, Glasgow, 19.02.82“, only released on vinyl 2xLP by Rhino Records for the 2020 Record Store Day, a Limited Edition pressing.
It’s a classic performance from Alice Cooper recorded live in Scotland, Feb 19, 1982 on his “Special Forces Tour”. This recording is largely unreleased – only three tracks were used later as B-sides, and that’s because the sound quality is excellent. The entire show is fantastic.
There’s not so much live recordings from this era of “cracked out Alice”. But he is in fine shape all over the set, and the band is on fire serving an energetic, tight performance from the ‘Special Forces’ LP with a heavily 80s-influenced sound.
