JUDAS PRIEST – Live In Los Angeles ’90 (RSD 2026) *HQ*

The mighty JUDAS PRIEST also participated of Record Store Day 2026 with a limited vinyl release titled “Live In Los Angeles ’90” capturing their performance at the Concrete Foundations Forum, Los Angeles on 13th September 1990 on their ‘Painkiller tour’.
This was in fact the first show presenting the new album – the tour actually began in October. This tour introduced new drummer Scott Travis from Racer X, who joined the band in 1989 after previous drummer Dave Holland’s departure that same year.
JUDAS PRIEST performed at the third annual Foundations Forum in Los Angeles on 13 September 1990, the day before the release of ‘Painkiller’. As support act was vocalist Bruce Dickinson’s solo band.
The band sounds great here with inspired guitar work, Halford in top form and a palpable rejuvenated energy.
