Rhino is celebrating the early years of shock rock legend ALICE COOPER with a new 5CD or 5LP box set. Titled ”The Studio Albums 1975-1978” the set begins with 1975’s ‘Welcome To My Nightmare’, his first proper solo album, and continues with ‘Alice Cooper Goes to Hell’ (1976), ‘Lace And Whiskey’ (1977), and ‘From The Inside’ (1978).
The collection is rounded out with a 7-track Disc of bonus material ‘Bonus Misdemeanors’, encompassing rarities and unique single versions from each album.
All albums have been remastered 2026 for this release. While ‘Welcome To My Nightmare’ was already remastered before, the other three albums were in dire need of upgrades (especially Lace And Whiskey) and sound much better here. There’s more bass and overall clarity, which is all anyone buying this set could ask for.
”The Studio Albums 1975-1978” are available on physical CDs/LPs only, and there’s no plans for a digital release of these 2026 remasters. And the bonus disc include some priceless collectibles.
