EUROPE – Come This Madness (2026) *HQ*

320_1 /// 320_2 /// HQ 1 /// HQ 2

EUROPE’s “Come This Madness”—the band’s 12th studio album—is perhaps their strongest and most uncompromising statement to date. Founded in Stockholm in 1983, Europe is one of the most enduring acts on the rock scene. The classic lineup—Joey Tempest, John Norum, Mic Michaeli, John Levén, and Ian Haugland—has formed the core of the band’s identity for over 40 years. They achieved worldwide fame with the multi-platinum album “The Final Countdown” and have sold over 15 million albums globally.

Europe has seen it all. Driven forward. They’ve never stood still, and yet they rise again. With their new album “Come This Madness,” they continue to defy expectations, evolve, adapt, and push forward uncompromisingly.
In songs like “One On One,” “The Cult Of Ignorance,” and the title track “Come This Madness,” the band channels tension, truth, and raw energy into an album that feels both deeply personal and universal.

“Come This Madness” is 100% Europe, but it’s not the Europe that we have had on the last couple of albums, it’s definitely a different type work, and we love that – very much more keys and synth driven and Mic is all over this one, but there is more than enough Norum action to satisfy the guitar fans, loads of great riffs, full of hooky choruses, and the production on this album is massive…
We loved it from start to finish. A MUST
