REBEL ROSE – In The Dark She Grows (2026) *HQ*
320_1 /// 320_2 /// HQ 1 /// HQ 2
Created and led by Swiss female singer and artist Sara Runco, REBEL ROSE delivers powerful riffs, soaring melodic leads, and a voice that cuts through with raw intensity. Joined by guitarists Dario Michielini & Sandro Vanetti, drummer Stefan Häberli, and bassist Fabian Volkers, REBEL ROSE creates a classic hard rock sound that’s bold, honest, and unmistakably its own.
Following some successful singles, REBEL ROSE is ready for the release of debut album “In The Dark She Grows“. The album was produced by Swiss producer Reto Burrell, with Barend Courbois, known for his work as bass player for Michael Schenker Group, also contributing to the recording.
REBEL ROSE impresses with confidence, maturity, and cracking songwriting. Sara Runco’s voice is powerful and precise, while the band’s musicianship is second to none. Both guitarists deliver killer, imaginative riffs and fantastic solos—far from ordinary, clearly inspired by ’80s giants. Seriously, you need to hear the axe-work on this album!
The songwriting is dynamic, varied, and truly rollicking: strong refrains and huge choruses dominate. All of it is wrapped in energetic production—crisp, punchy as hell.
One of the surprises of the year, REBEL ROSE’s ”In The Dark She Grows” delivers a splendid modern homage to classic heavy metal & hard rock, edgy yet polished, uncompromising and full of untamed energy.
