MADAM X – We Reserve The Demos [Limited to 200] (2021) *0dayrox Exclusive*

As requested, here’s the demos MADAM X taped before the recording of their debut album. Some songs ensed into the LP, others not, others were re-written / changed. This a bootleg CD titled “We Reserve The Demos” appeared last year, with fine sound quality.
The good thing about these early versions is the band’s rawness, more ballsy than the tracks later released. Vocalist Bret Kaiser sounds a lot like Sebastian Bach, you gotta hear it. It’s not surprising that later a young Sebastian Bach was member of MADAM X in 1986 for a few months before joining Skid Row. Seems that was the type of singer the Petrucci sisters wanted for the band.
“We Reserve The Demos” circulated for years among the fans as ‘Madam X with Sebastian Bach demos’. That’s not true, the singer here is Bret Kaiser. But the similarity is impressive.

MADAM X – We Reserve The Right [Lost Gems Records remastered reissue]

As requested, here’s the rare Aussie remastered CD reissue of MADAM X culet classic 1984 LP “We Reserve The Right”. Formed by sisters Maxine and Roxy Petrucci (later in VIXEN) among its several members there was a young future Skid Row vocalist Sebastian Bach.
With the US metal explosion in 1983, Jet Records signed MADAM X for the release of their debut LP next year, produced by Rick Derringer and engineered by legend George Tutko.
The aim was to present a half women / half men glam metal band with the typical anthemic sound from the era, something like QUIET RIOT meets TWISTED SISTER. The cover art for “We Reserve The Right” looks funny now, but back in 1984 it made an impact…
