McQUEEN STREET – McQueen Street +2 [Bad Reputation Remastered] (2022) *0dayrox Exclusive*

For years out of print, Bad Reputation specialists just reissued / remastered McQUEEN STREET debut album McQueen Street including 2 bonus tracks. Between 1990-1992 a bunch of quality melodic hard acts released their first album in America with that big production sound – McQUEEN STREET were one of them with this self-titled in 1991, with names like Steve Stevens and Jeff Scott Soto involved.
Unfortunately, as happened with many of these type bands at the early ’90s, they were dropped by record labels. It’s a shame, because McQueen Street debut is an awesome CD full of in-your-face, straight-up rock ‘n’ roll in the same vein as Skid Row, Baton Rouge, et all.
This “McQueen Street +2” Bad Reputation remaster kick ass with vibrant, bright balanced sound quality.

McQUEEN STREET II [remastered with bonus tracks] (2020 private release) *0dayrox Exclusive*

Some days ago we featured here, as requested, McQUEEN STREET self-titled rocking debut from 1991, a quite successful album, however at the time this type of melodic hard rock bands started to be dropped by their record labels.
That happened to McQUEEN STREET too in 1993, after they already had recorded their second LP, a new collection of bluesy hard rockers in the vein of the first disc, plus CINDERELLA, SKID ROW, GREAT WHITE, BATON ROUGE.
With the material ready to be released there was a deep frustration within the band members, but seems the recording company mistakenly sent the master recording to singer Derek Welsh, and he decided to release McQUEEN STREET II by himself. He had to wait for almost a decade (2003) to release the songs via his own label.
As of 2020, Welsh remastered himself the McQUEEN STREET II songs, and adding two additional, previously unreleased tracks from the 1993 sessions, put out this 16-track, refreshed version of this rocking album only sold privately and at a fan club level.
