After almost 10 years in the making, “Prototype“, the second album from the duo WILL WALLNER & VIVIEN VAIN sees the light of day. The band, formed by UK born guitarist Wallner and female singer Vivien Vain (of Croatian origins) – both established in the US – surprised us almost a decade ago with their self-titled melodic hard rock debut album featuring guests like Vinny Appice, Brian Tichy (FOREIGNER), Rudy Sarzo, Tony Franklin, and more.
On “Prototype” we find more renowned guests, production is bigger, there’s ton of melodic guitar layers, and Vain’s vocals are much more prominent into the mix like never before. Her evolution as a singer is really noticeable all over the CD.
