PUSSY SISTER - Here are the Pussys (2024) - full
HERE

It’s hard in this time and age being in band named PUSSY SISSTER and a new album entitled “Here are the Pussys” – some can take ’em not seriously, some consider the project old-fashioned, some ‘dinosaur’ – but this five-piece from Germany aim for fun, and they succeed.
Pussy Sisster, founded in 2002, were part of the new wave of Sleaze Rock and since then they have set themselves the goal since the band was founded: to always go upwards. They have played at festivals such as Wacken, Masterz of Rock, Baltic and many more, as well as opening for bands such as Billy Idol, Helloween, Steel Panther, LA.Guns, Sweet and countless others, including five US tours with concerts in legendary clubs such as The House of Blues, Viper Room, Whiskey a Go Go in Hollywood.
After a break of 9 years, they return with ”Here are the Pussys”, a raunchy 10-track banger that have everything a true advocate of sleaze rock loves and wants to hear.

The band’s spirit and quality is in no way inferior to that of their predominantly California-based / Scandinavian sleaze / glam rock colleagues.
PUSSY SISSTER delivers that classic sound, with singer Alex Nad at times sounding as if Pretty Boy Floyd frontman Steve “Sex” Summers got lost in the recording sessions of a Vain album. ‘Circus of the Dark’ has a first Poison resemblance, and a hint of Ratt can also be heard as inspiration on the guitar work, as the ‘double S’ sisters decry all the glam and sleaze clichés from the Eighties quite faithfully.

“Here are the Pussys” makes you laugh since its title, and while PUSSY SISSTER aren’t a parody band, they take things not that seriously and their primal focus is entertain you all over effective 36 minutes.
