7th HEAVEN – Sampler Vol.1 [digipak]
Ending with 7th HEAVEN‘s hard to find albums, here’s one of their earlier recordings titled ‘Sampler Vol.1’, which makes sense because it was primarily done to showcase the band’s quality to recording labels and promoters.
However, it was released for sale on high quality silver pressed CD and digipak case.
‘Sampler Vol.1’ was the first albums of covers by 7th Heaven, and features a Rock medley with songs from Bon Jovi, Loverboy, Def Leppard, Whitesnake, Poison, Queen, Motley Crue and many more.
The rest of the tracks are full versions, being my favorites Don Henley’s ‘Boys Of Summer’ (awesome cover), ‘Every Breath You Take’, and a great take on Jackson Browne’s ‘Somebody’s Baby’ done in the ‘7th Heaven’ fashion.
There never was a Vol.2, by the way.
Hard to find.
