ROCK-OUT – Stand Together (2021)

”Stand Together” is the new album from Swiss hard rockers ROCK-OUT, a band inspired by the classic style from the genre updated to modern times. This is the second effort from the band, but the first firmly globally exposed.
At first listen of opener ‘Hard Rock’n’Roll Tonight’ you know ROCK-OUT is a band from Switzerland, or from the area. There’s something special to the Swiss hard rock acts, also German or Austrian, they have some kind of an ‘identifiable sound’.
I can’t help but ”Stand Together” mix the style & sound of Krokus, Gotthard, some ’80s Scorpions – and add a dash of AC-DC of course. Riff-driven tunes with fun as premise: check song titles ‘Rolling Thunder’, ‘Whiskey Keeps the Doctor Away’, or ‘We Are Rock-Out’.
Very professional and with a punchy clean production, ”Stand Together” entertains as all good rock n’ roll music should, providing 41 minutes of catchy stuff.
