Norwegian current melodic rock queen ISSA, born Isabell Oversveen, has solidified her place as a prominent figure in the genre, captivating audiences with her powerful vocals and captivating melodies. With a discography boasting eight albums released on Frontiers Records, ISSA has consistently delivered music that resonates with fans of melodic rock and AOR.
In her previous, last year album, ISSA showcased a ‘rebirth’ of her sound, blending inspiration from her roots with an evolving musical landscape. The album’s songwriting also featured the talents of ISSA’s husband James Martin and his brother Tom, former members of UK melodic rockers VEGA.
