As announced, the first 6 legendary albums by VAN HALEN have received a fantastic 2015 remastering. In March 31, Van Halen first self-titled & 1984 (featured HERE) were released on CD, the rest to be appeared in the upcoming 3 months.

Let’s start then with the ground-breaking two first albums, VAN HALEN I and VAN HALEN II.

Cut straight from the original Analog Master Recordings quarter-inch tapes, these fresh remasters handled by Chris Bellman sound incredible.
It’s simply awesome, and blows out of the water the last 2000’s remaster treatment which was, in my opinion, horrible.
Now Eddie’s guitar sounds like he’s playing in the same room with you, the drums – and especially the cymbals – are real, the bass throw pulsating pumps to your body and Roth’s vocals are clear from the throat.

On this Remaster 2015, HDtracks 192khz / 24bit high definition, even converted to regular 44.1kHz compressed files (to listen on your iPod or car) the sound acquires another dimension.
