SLAUGHTER – Stick It Live {Japanese Edition +2} *HQ*

SLAUGHTER released their debut record in January 1990, and soon became one of the biggest selling rock albums of the year (sold over 2 million copies) with the band non-top touring with KISS, Poison, Whitesnake, etc. To capitalize the band’s success Chrysalis Records commissioned the recording of some shows for a live SLAUGHTER release.
Capturing SLAUGHTER electrifying performances, “Stick It Live” was recorded at various venues located in Nashville, Knoxville and Atlanta during the 1990 Summer. It was a mini Live album with five tracks, soon certified gold.
“Stick It Live” showcases the band skills, however and as happened with live rock albums since the Seventies (since KISS Alive, in fact), these live recordings were remixed and post-produced into the studio to obtain a huge sound.
A year after “Stick It Live” was finally released in Japan, with the addition of two bonus tracks – one being a rare ‘Medley’ of the entire ‘Stick it to Ya’ album.
This baby rocks hard.
