None would have given a dime for ’80s platinum-selling Californians AUTOGARPH return few years ago. But a couple years ago, founding member guitarist Steve Lynch and bassist Randy Rand decided give the a band a new life. Both approached original singer Steve Plunkett about the reunion, but he is a music business man now and declined.
Soon Jailhouse singer Simon Daniels took the frontman position, and Autograph released their first new song in over 25 years, “You Are Us, We Are You“, some months ago.
Now Autograph are presenting “I Lost My Mind in America“, their new single.

Both songs (there’s a full album in the making) are really promising. The tracks got that typical catchy choruses and guitar riffs that made Autograph big.
New singer Simon Daniels owns a hard-edged, bluesy voice that fits the new Autograph really well, and the band as a whole feels energized.
