BON JOVI – This House Is Not For Sale (2016)
BON JOVI have started leading up to their new “This House Is Not for Sale” record with the debut of the album’s first single. The title track serves as the lead-off cut for the LP, which will be released Oct. 21.
“This House Is Not for Sale”, produced by John Shanks, follows Bon Jovi’s 2015 ‘fan record’ Burning Bridges which was released to fulfill their contract with Mercury Records.
The new album marks the band’s first without any contribution from guitarist Richie Sambora, who left the band in 2014.
With former Triumph guitarist Phil X stepping in, Bon Jovi recorded “This House Is Not for Sale” early this year, and as frontman Jon Bon Jovi explained, the sessions made an attempt to return the group to its roots.
