DIANE & THE DEDUCTIBLES is a very special band, formed by renowned musicians from the ’80s scene. Fronted by female vocalist Diane Adams and including Robert Sarzo (Hurricane, Geoff Tate’s Queensryche) on guitar, Cliff Rehrig (Air Supply) on bass, and drummer Ronnie Ciago (Riverdogs), the band play classic rock / melodic rock with a bluesy feeling.
Their new album “T H R E E – 6 Feet Apart –” finds Diane & The Deductibles and their listeners in a whole different world where creativity and hope remain alive even in the shadow of a deadly pandemic. Conceived during the tumultuous year of 2020 with no live shows possible, all members found the time to refine the new songs, a collection of timeless melodies recorded in the ‘old-school’ style.

Experienced lead guitarist Robert Sarzo of Hurricane and Geoff Tate’s Queensryche fame lends his voodoo magic to the proceedings, enveloping the songs with a dazzling display of pure sonic virtuosity. The guitars on the album are recorded in the ‘ole good way when you were able to hear the riffs in stereo pan, complemented by rhythm guitarist Keith Lynch (who has previously lent his talents to the likes of ex Black Sabbath Bill Ward Band).
Cliff Rehrig spent over a decade within the ranks of Air Supply, and his bass & vocal artistry supplies the perfect low-end and lush harmonies to the Diane & The Deductibles experience together with the skilled precision is drummer Ronnie Ciago, whose vast and varied credits include working with Riverdogs, Brand X, Rikki Lee Jones, Ray Manzarek and more.
Together, these five seasoned musicians bring soaring harmonies and bold guitar riffs with a trifecta of guitars, along with a steady rhythm section and interesting lyrics.
