With the very good new album from Swedish melodic hard rockers EYES featured here, many of you asked for the band members previous outfit: ACES HIGH. With a sound mixing the American classic hard rock from the late ’80s with a Scandinavian feeling, ACES HIGH released their debut CD ”Ten ‘N Out” in 1994.
This Japanese Edition includes an exclusive bonus track.
This is a killer rocking album driven by a great guitar work with a really ‘fat’ sound, powerful and passionate vocals, great songwriting, huge hooks / choruses and a strong production.

Opener “Jungle of Love” has a great guitar/keys riff, and “Remember” is such an awesome power-ballad, just listen to the last minute of the song where the chorus just goes totally OTT. “Never Again” sounds almost like pop, but has a great catchy chorus.
ACES HIGH not only rocks among the best from this genre, but also were able to write excellent ballads: “Remember” and “Eternally” are among the highlights on the CD, both with a classy ’80s craft.

A massively underrated debut / band which shoulda been huge. ”Ten ‘N Out” is just high class Scandi melodic rock.
