This 2-Disc reissue features the complete concert, including 3 tracks excluded to the original release.
Recorded at Nippon Budokan, Tokyo, in 1978, Epic Records decided to release ‘At Budokan’ only in Japan due to the band’s rabid fan base there. But word-of-mouth between American listeners demanded more and more import copies so the label took a gamble and issued it domestically.
The album resulted a high-selling success, kickstarting Cheap Trick’s massive popularity and becoming acclaimed as one of the greatest live rock albums of all time.
