Aussie trad hard rockers ROADKILL are reissuing 2023 their pretty hard to find debut album titled “God Bless America” with a bonus track. The album title sums up ROADKILL’s sound & style: this is Americanized old school, ass-kicking rock ‘n’ roll music full of big riffs and choruses served with attitude.
“God Bless America” is produced by Brett Collidge at Izaneer Studios in Tasmania, containing 12 in-your-face anthems including, ‘Get Outta My Way’, ‘Lazy, ‘God Bless America’, Living In Hell’, ‘Day After Day’ and a personal favorite, ‘Hollywood ‘– all proving popular live and loud.
The band were then ‘off the road’ for two years from 2008 – 2010 due to two band members being involved in separate, serious car accidents while another member had to leave due to heart problems.
