Next Friday, Massacre Records will release “Night Demon“, the new studio album from female-fronted veteran melodic metal act MYSTERY BLUE. The band’s forthcoming rager offers 12 new and pure heavy metal tracks as well as a cover version of Accept’s classic ‘Restless and Wild’ as bonus track.
That cover song provide a hint of MYSTERY BLUE’s sound: razor double guitar attack, plummering rhythm section, and big metallic vocals. Alongside a guest feature from Andreas “Buschi” Babuschkin of label mates Paragon, Mystery Blue, who formed back in the ’80s, invites you to travel from song to song, carried by the passion and energy which transpires through this new album, their ninth.
“Night Demon” was mixed and mastered by drummer Vince Koehler at V.I.P. Studios, and the great retro-metal cover art was designed by Jean Linhoff.
