CHER – Love Hurts remastered [from ‘Chronicles’ Limited 3xCD Box Set] *EXCLUSIVE*

With the just released remastered reissue of Black Rose featuring CHER, some of you asked for her ’80s AOR albums in remastered form. Geffen Records never commissioned a remastered reissue of the 3 albums CHER recorded with them, al least not to be reissued individually.
But for this ‘Cher Chronicles‘ – a Special Edition three-disc box in a curious ‘Longbox’ package – appeared in 2005, indeed the albums received a remastering. It’s a ’90s type’ remaster (louder yet not brickwalled) and it sounds million times better that the original CD press.
Released in 1991, ‘‘Love Hurts‘ is her final studio album with the record company after a 4-year recording contract. Again the who’s who in the business is involved, from Steve Lukather, Diane Warren and Richie Zito to the great Jeff Porcaro who play drums on most the album.
