MARKO PUKKILA is a Finnish bassist and composer proud of over forty albums and is part of great bands such as Stargazery, Shadow Tribe and Altaria, all acts revolving from Classic Rock to Hard Rock / Metal. But he’s also a musician with many connections, not only from the current European and American scene, but also legends from the genre.
As big fan of the Seventies & Eighties, years ago Marko assembled a classic covers band and asked big names to collaborate with the project. All over five years he recorded classic tunes of Dokken, Mötley Crüe, Vinnie Vincent, KISS, Ozz , etc with the collaboration of Keri Kelli (Vince Neil, John Waite), Erik Turner (Warrant), Frankie Banali (Quiet Riot), Vinny Appice, Seann Nicols (Quiet Riot), Ryan Roxie (A. Cooper), Rowan Robertson (Dio) and many more.
The result is MARKO PUKKILA with Legends “Kiss My Covers I”, a very good collection of classic ’80s melodic hard rock songs very well covered, performed with fire and a cool vibe. Check the great track list below and enjoy cranked to 11.
