AARON BUCHANAN AND THE CULT CLASSICS – The Man with Stars on His Knees (Limited Edition reissue +5)

Heaven’s Basement (2008 – 2017) was without a doubt one of the best ‘new bands’ recapturing the classic hard rock style. Since joined them in 2010, lead singer Aaron Buchanan resulted a key factor for Heaven’s Basement sound – and quality. Buchanan left soon before the group split, created his own band and started a solo career.
The Man with Stars on His Knees” is the debut album from AARON BUCHANAN AND THE CULT CLASSICS, reissued after they got signed by Listenable Records, a ‘Special Edition‘ including 5 bonus tracks.
Still retaining his hard rock roots, Buchanan has added a lot of diversity for his solo debut, resulting in a quite original music & sound. Indeed, Aaron and his Cult Classics sound like nobody’s else. It’s a really unique mixture of Queen hard rocking side from the Seventies, Eighties riffs, Nineties groove, and a bit of modern atmospheres.

HEAVEN’S BASEMENT – The Basement Recordings +5 [original line-up] *EXCLUSIVE*

At their beginnings, HEAVEN’S BASEMENT had a meteoric career, being selected by the likes of Bon Jovi, Thunder, Tesla and more as opening act.
In the same year of its foundation (2008), the band released their first self-titled album, but earlier that year recorded a lot of songs for promotion. These tapes were put on CDr and given at the first shows, with a copy ending into a management hands resulting in HEAVEN’S BASEMENT being invited to open for Bon Jovi on the Manchester show, playing to an audience of around 50,000 people.
This is that rare, not for sale CDr known as “The Basement Recordings“, featuring the band’s first line up, for many, the best. Some of the songs were recorded later by the new line up for the band’s ‘official’ albums, but here’s original lead vocalist Richie Hevanz, a kick ass shouter.
The quality is excellent, professionally recorded & mixed demos.
But 0dayrox always give you more, and we have a bunch of extra tracks from these sessions.

HEAVEN’S BASEMENT – Heaven’s Basement 1st [Bad Reputation Records release]

More requests from HEAVEN’S BASEMENT rare, early material. Self-titled “Heaven’s Basement“, is the first album from the band, released by themselves in 2008. HEAVEN’S BASEMENT formed that year, and already in April, started to tour heavily all over Europe, being invited to open for Bon Jovi on the Manchester show, playing to an audience of around 50,000 people.
Their extremely energetic live performances made their fan base to grow up in a second. Later that summer, the band quickly recorded & released this album. In November Heaven’s Basement were invited to be the main support for Thunder on their UK tour, and they became a sensation.
This first album features a different line-up (including vocalist) than the ones which recorded the albums ‘Unbreakable’ & ‘Filthy Empire’ later. For many, this is the best Heaven’s Basement record / line-up, especially for singer Richie Hevanz more ‘rockin’ & wild’ style.
Few know that Bad Reputation Records pick up the album and re-released it in 2009.
Rare, hard to find kick ass record.

HEAVEN’S BASEMENT – Filthy Empire + Unbreakable + 2 rare B-side

As requested, here’s the two HEAVEN’S BASEMENT released via the Red Bull label, the EP “Unbreakable” and full length ”Filthy Empire” (2013). Easily one of the best and most most interesting young Hard Rock bands from UK surprised us with their mature songwriting and musicianship.
The band’s first EP was amongst the favorites of this site in 2011 with its blend of Thunder, Pink Cream 69, Skid Row, an equal amount of Motley Crue, Crazy Lixx and a dash of the very early Guns ‘N Roses. After endlessly touring North America, the band recorded “Filthy Empire” in California, a terrific 12-song scorcher even more catchy and elaborated.
As bonus we have the rare (not available anymore) standalone single released the same year of the EP, and the B-side of Filthy Empire’s single, a non album track.

HEAVEN’S BASEMENT – Unbreakable (2011)

HEAVEN’S BASEMENT born from the ashes of a promising British combo formerly known as Hurricane Party, and then Roadstar which was surprisingly dissolved after only two albums. Apparently members had differences with their management, and decided to go under a new name from scratch. Heavens Basement’s played their first live show in April 2008 and ever since then they have...
