ATLAS (UK) – Uncharted (2021) *0dayrox Exclusive*

Fresh from slots supporting Midnite City, Vega and JOANovARC, young UK, Manchester five piece melodic rockers ATLAS released at the end of 2021 then new CD titled “Uncharted“, featuring new recordings of what they consider their best songs that, in a perfect ’80s world, could have charted in the rankings.
The selected tunes have been completely re-worked, re-imagined, re-arranged into an acoustic / electric spectre of sound. All good songs finding new life, very different in approach to the originals.

Founded by keyboard player James Thorley (who also produce) in early 2017, Atlas is a singular band, a really welcomed act to the current Melodic Rock / AOR scene offering something different. While absolutely inspired by the ’80s melodic rock scene, the guys add a special touch to their compositions.
