TNT – Intuition [Rock Candy remastered] (2022) HQ *only at 0dayrox*

Specialists at Rock Candy Records have done their own remaster on one of the greatest AOR / melodic hard rock albums from the ’80s; the awesome “Intuition” from Norwegians TNT.
Coming off the extraordinary ‘Tell No Tales’ which mixed edgy hard rockers with melodious gems, “Intuition” is a pure Scandi AOR / pop metal Heaven. Pure 1989’s I’d say. Every track verses are trademark TNT awesomeness, everyone firing away nicely and with purpose, while every chorus is to die for.
Whilst ”Intuition” hit the spot creatively, the commercial impact of the album faltered and despite gallant headline touring plans in the US and Japan, momentum wasn’t sufficient to propel the band to a higher level of achievement. Nonetheless, TNT’s legacy was now cast in stone and, not surprisingly, the band’s reputation has continued to grow and resonate louder than ever.
“Intuition” always sounded fantastic even in its original edition. However this Rock Candy remastered reissue provides an extra brilliance plus more bass presence, dynamic range, and an impressive punch. It will blow your speakers.

TNT – Tell No Tales [Rock Candy remastered] (2022) HQ full

Specialists at Rock Candy Records have done their own remaster on one of the greatest AOR / melodic hard rock albums from the ’80s; the awesome “Tell No Tales” from Norwegians TNT. On ”Tell No Tales” TNT mixed like few did edgy hard rockers with melodious gems to die for.
If I could compare how TNT sounds here, it would have to be Europe’s Out Of This World era (only that “Tell No Tales” appeared earlier) mixed with all the American charm from the second half of the ’80s. It has the emotional feel of Europe, yet also has the fun side of US melodic hard / glam which go together perfectly.
This is the first time “Tell No Tales” is being officially, properly remastered – there was a good Japanese one but to grace a SHM-CD reissue – on this Rock Candy remastering the sound quality is impressive, believe me. The guitars explode in your face like never before, and everything is clearer & louder.

RONNI LE TEKRO (TNT) – Bigfoot TV (2022)

Norway’s RONNI LE TEKRO is considered one of the world’s most influential metal guitarists. Le Tekrø first made waves internationally with the band TNT, yet would later find success as a solo artist, studio musician and in collaboration with jazz guitarist Terje Rypdal. He has sold over four million albums with TNT, and was named one of the world’s 25 best guitarists in 2009 by Guitar World.
Bigfoot TV” is Ronni Le Tekrø’s first solo album in six years, and old and new fans alike are in for a treat. Together with his tight band — Leif Knashaug (vocals), Markus O. Klyve (keyboards), Henrik Fossum (drums, percussion), Ove Husemoen (bass), and Jon Johannessen (guitar) — the music sounds both inspired and vibrant. Le Tekrø’s guitar virtuosity is a red thread through the entire album that is filled with references to TNT and his own prog-rock albums yet also Thin Lizzy, The Beatles and more.
I hate Ronni Le Tekrø… and I hate him because over the years still I am not able to replicate his incredible guitar sound – and I have the same guitar, amp, etc. The man is simply awesome on the guitar…
