IRON MAIDEN – Maiden Japan [The Complete Concert] *HQ*

We all love IRON MAIDEN classic 1981’s mini-LP “Maiden Japan”, the raw, heavy sound showcasing the band power like no other – for many fans, there is nothing else quite like ”Maiden Japan” in the band’s entire career.
Unfortunately, “Maiden Japan” was only a 5-track mini-LP – the band still not massive for a full length – and oddly the entire concert, captured at the Kosei Nenkin Hall, Nagoya, on May 23, 1981, never was officially released.
Well, this ‘‘Maiden Japan [The Complete Concert]” has the entire Iron Maiden 1981 live in Japan. This is an unofficial release however the sound quality is stupendous – factory pressed CD with a really good booklet as well. This release seems sanctioned by the band as it uses Maiden’s official band logo [bootlegs never use official logos, copyrighted], the original cover art is replicated, etc.

While the liner notes affirms this is the full Nagoya show, May 23, we believe this was recorded the next night, Live At The Sun Plaza, Tokyo, Japan On May 24, 1981. The set list was the same. Whichever the case, ”Maiden Japan [The Complete Concert]” rocks awesomely.
The CD includes a bonus track, Iron Maiden performing a cover a Montrose song – I’ve Got the Fire – recorded live April 3rd, 1980, in London.
