Legendary hard rockers SCORPIONS returned in very good shape with their 2022 album ‘Rock Believer‘, which was created in the studio during the lockdown in their home base Hannover. The album was written and recorded in the style of the classic Scorpions DNA with core Schenker/Meine compositions.
This is the Japan SHM-CD pressing including the Deluxe Edition extra tracks, which is already sold out.
There’s a bonus track exclusive for this Japanese Edition titled ‘Out Go The Lights’, an exclusive for France (‘The Language Of My Heart’), and an exclusive bonus for the UK release, the wonderfully titled ‘Hammersmith’.

Legendary rockers SCORPIONS return with their 2022 album ‘Rock Believer‘, which was created in the studio during the lockdown in their home base Hannover. The album was written and recorded in the style of the classic Scorpions DNA with core Schenker/Meine compositions.
The sound of the new album has massive energy, delivers a real adrenaline rush and shows uncompromising quality. The record consists of awesome tracks, each one of them a lyrical short story, minimal poems in prose, presented in a lavish sonic guise, featuring the Scorpions’ characteristic trademarks from the early 1980s, yet produced from a 2020s perspective.
‘Rock Believer’ is perhaps the group’s most characteristic album in decades…

HERMAN RAREBELL & The Hurricane Orchestra – Scorpion’s Songs Symphonic (2022)

From 1977 to 1996 he was the drummer for 19 years, during the golden age of the Scorpions. 100 million Scorpions albums sold and now, at the age of 70, HERMAN RAREBELL is at it again: together with The Hurricane Orchestra and his band is on tour in Europe performing Scorpions songs with a mix of rock instruments and real orchestra arrangements.
In between the concerts, Rarebell and his new training have locked in the studio. They’re releasing “Scorpion’s Songs Symphonic“, an album of 15 Scorpions (17 in the digital version), re-arranged with symphony sauce. So the rock base of the tracks is added to the “Hurricane Orchestra” interventions, founded specifically for this project.
These are studio recordings with a hard rock sound – with lead vocals by powerhouse Andrew Gräser and Herman & his band – with added orchestra instrumentation. Production is very good, with all the guitars, bass, drums and vocals really well mixed with strings, oboe, flute, etc…
