PHIL VINCENT – No Respect (2022)

Today July 20 is the release date for ”No Respect”, the next chapter in the PHIL VINCENT story. ”No Respect” is a wildly imaginative, unabashedly hard rocking album about battling to restore melody in heavy music. That’s has been Vincent passion for the last 20 years, and truth to be said, he succeeded.
You know what to expect from Vincent: he delivers a new solo album every year, and you have the usual cheap artwork… but the music packed inside is effective, rockin’ melodic, and with every new release Phil improves his performance and production.
Songwriting as always with Vincent is strong, convincing, and among the highlights we find “Nobody Cares” which struts its stuff with more than a dose of melody and mayhem. Drummer Max Piccolo really shines on “War Arrow” where Vincent’s different way of singing takes the song to a new level. “The Rifleman” has that fat guitar sound that induces air guitar utopia, so ’80s fashioned…

D’ERCOLE – Hard Core (2021)

Multi-facetic Phil Vincent is back with brothers Damian & B.F. D’Ercole and their project D’ERCOLE with their brand new opus titled “Hard Core” on Rock Company Records. We have 10 songs with the traditional melodic hard rock songs this band is known for: guitar driven, 80s / early 90s like melodies & choruses.
Mastered by Jacob Hansen and with a very good  production & mix, there’s strong, varied numbers. From the crunching tones of opener “Keep it All Together” to the Thin Lizzy meets Foreigner “This is Your Life”, to the sheer AOR of “Bringing Me Down” (akin Winger), all the way to massive closer “The Only One”, this new D’Ercole album will satisfy even the most discerning listener.

TRAGIK – Faith Healer (2020)

Faith Healer” is album number nine from TRAGIK, another band that features the musician that never sleeps – Phil Vincent. With TRAGIK he handles vocals, bass and keyboards on the album. The band also features guitarist Damian D’Ercole and drummer Dirk Phillips, both of whom are key to band’s overall sound.
TRAGIK are the masters of riff infused 80s style hard rock, be it ‘Faith’ which is rounded out with some tasty keys, or ‘Hanging By A String’, where the guitars, keys and pounding drums all combine effortlessly together.
Quite possibly the band’s best outing to date and one to play loud, enjoy and forget about all the crap going on in the world right now.

O’REGAN – Tunnel Vision (CD version)

Talented British guitarist Vince O’Regan (Bob Catley, Legion, Paul Sabu, Kooga), one of the hardest working musicians from the melodic hard rock UK scene, has a very interesting solo career as well via his own band O’REGAN. This “Tunnel Vision“, his second album, is in my opinion the best so far, requested again by one of you in its CD...

The always busy Phil Vincent is back with one of his best projects, TRAGIK, and their 7th album “Tainted” to be released tomorrow December 15. Seems that Vincent is concentrated now in his solo career and TRAGIK, and this has paid its dividends. His other bands like D’ERCOLE has been put on hold, and LEGION dissolved. And while Damian D’Ercole still...

One of the hardest working musicians from the melodic hard rock UK scene, Vince O’REGAN is releasing today his third solo album “Polymorphic Tragedy“. Again the guitarist has called some talented colleagues to contribute to the record published by Z Records. At this point I think it’s not necessary a presentation, but for newcomers, Vince O’Regan is an experienced British...

CRANSTON – CranstoN (2016)

CRANSTON – CranstoN (2016)

Named after his hometown in Rhode Island, CRANSTON is the new project in the never ending Phil Vincent musical story. Teaming up with melodic rock icon Paul Sabu to co-write the songs, Vincent is at charge of vocals only, while Sabu plays all instruments, excepting drums, and produced the album. Phil Vincent is a clever musician: he needed a little...
